Having an injury impede our sexual function as well as well as developing and maintaining relationships can be frustrating and very heartbreaking . let's face it sex and relationships are hard enough to deal with without the added obstacles that people with disabilities face. Fortunately we live in an age where disabilities are more accepted, and there are a variety of products and services that can help us to overcome the challenges we are presented with. When I first was injured in 2001 being able to find a woman that would want anything to do with a gimp in a wheelchair let alone have sex with was in the top 3 of my list of major concerns. As a little time went by I learned I could not have been more wrong.
